About This Place

Nestled on Alexandra Palace Way, The Grove Café is a delightful new gem in London's culinary landscape. This welcoming café, with its recent change of ownership, has redefined itself as a local haven for coffee lovers, families, and anyone craving a hearty meal in a serene environment.

As you step inside, you're greeted by friendly staff who exude warmth and hospitality. The café has quickly garnered attention for its fantastic bagels—sized perfectly and piled high with generous servings of fresh fillings, whether it’s rich salt beef or zesty tuna. Visitors rave about the Tuna Crunch Bagel, claiming it’s so good that one might feel compelled to indulge in a second!

The drink menu, which features an enticing selection of Bird & Blend tea and premium coffee, complements the vibrant food offerings. On a sunny day, patrons can enjoy refreshing beverages like homemade lemonade and iced coffee, making it an ideal spot for a midday pause.

But the café doesn’t stop at bagels; it also offers a variety of summer salads, irresistible pastries like almond croissants and pain aux raisins, and decadent treats like the pear & almond tart and carrot cake. With each dish crafted to perfection, the café promises an unforgettable taste experience.

The setting itself is equally enchanting, especially for families. The spacious grassy area outside serves as a perfect playground for children, allowing parents to relax while keeping an eye on their little ones. The Grove Café is not just a restaurant; it's a community gathering space that supports local charm and encourages new connections.

With its commitment to quality and a thought-provoking menu, The Grove Café is a welcome addition to the area. As the buzz continues to grow, I eagerly look forward to witnessing its evolution, eagerly anticipating how the new management will expand their culinary offerings in the months to come. Don't miss your chance to check this place out—grab a bagel, sip on a refreshing drink, and soak in the good vibes!

New ownership, very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic bagels, fresh and delicious and plenty of salt beef and tuna in our two bagels. Lovely spot, exciting new addition to the area. Go check them out and support another amazing local independent business. Good vibes.

Loved meeting the new manager and staff today at the cafe. What a great spot especially when the sun is shining! Loved the coffee and sausage rolls! Can't wait to see the development of the food menu moving forward!

New owners, new (fantastic) coffee. A wonderful location, great for kids to play on the big grassy area outside. Bagel menu looks yummy, I will be going back soon!

Under new management, and it's wonderful. They serve Bird & Blend tea and delicious coffee, and some nibbles. More food options coming soon, and they are now open every day -- Hallelujah!

Really great find in The Grove at Alexandra Palace. Friendly people and great bagels, the Tuna Crunch bagel was packed with tuna and totally delicious! So good it seemed rude not to have a 2nd! Recommended as also a beautiful spot. As the old saying goes ‘There’s many a good tuna bagel eaten at The Grove cafe’

Called in for coffee on our way back through the park. We were served two superb flat whites. Great coffee and a lovely warm welcome from the owner. Highly recommended!

Fabulous coffee I actually do a longer walk to get coffee here as it’s so good. We also had two salt beef bagels which were delicious plenty of filling. I will work my way through the bagel menu! Lovely friendly staff. Please support local independent businesses
